Introduction: Nurses caring for patients with gynecological cancer experience significant job stress, which adversely impacts their mental health. Previous studies have indicated that perceived professional benefits serves as a protective factor for nurses' mental health, and factors such as job stress, perceived social support and self-efficacy influence their perceived professional benefits. However, the relationships between these factors and the associated mechanisms have remained incompletely understood. This study explored the role of perceived social support and self-efficacy in job stress and perceived professional benefits among nurses caring for patients with gynecological cancer. Methods: During June and July 2023, an investigation was conducted in Anhui Province. The Nurse Job Stressors Scale, Perceived Social Support Scale, Nurses' Perceived Professional Benefits Questionnaire and General Self-Efficacy Scale were administered to 311 nurses caring for patients with gynecological cancer. A chained-mediated effect model was constructed and validated. Results: Job stress negatively affected nurses' perceived professional benefits. Perceived social support was a mediator in job stress and nurses' perceived professional benefits, with a mediating effect value of -0.093. Additionally, perceived social support and self-efficacy functioned as sequential mediators in this relationship, with a mediating effect value of -0.032. Conclusion: This study unveils the influencing mechanisms of job stress on perceived professional benefits of nurses caring for patients with gynecological cancer. It is essential for nursing managers to alleviate nurses' job stress, provide sufficient and effective social support and improve their self-efficacy, ultimately enhancing their perceived professional benefits.

OBJECTIVES: Nordic register data are not collected for research purposes, and various dimensions of working conditions are typically missing in register-based research. One way to address the issue of missing information on the work environment in register data is to utilize a job exposure matrix (JEM). The purpose of this paper is to document and provide access to a Mechanical Job Exposure Matrix (JEM) and a validated Occupational Mechanical Job Exposure Index based on the constructed JEM, allowing researchers to utilize the index in register-based research. The JEM and the Occupational Mechanical Job Exposure Index were created using data from five nationwide Surveys of Living Conditions on work environment conducted in Norway in 2006, 2009, 2013, 2016, and 2019, encompassing a total of 43,977 respondents. The index can be merged to register data using occupational codes (STYRK-98) and gender, which is information collected by the registries. The ultimate aim of constructing the index was to create a comprehensive measure of mechanical job exposures for use in future analyses of Norwegian register data. DATA DESCRIPTION: This paper provides the scripts documenting the construction of the Mechanical Job Exposure Matrix (JEM) and the Occupational Mechanical Job Exposure Index, as well as a data file including the matrix and the index. A script for merging the matrix and index to register data is also provided.

INTRODUCTION: Studies about clinician acceptability of integrative palliative care interventions in the inpatient and outpatient cancer settings are limited. In this study, we examined clinician acceptability of a NIH-funded interdisciplinary PAlliative and Supportive Care inTervention (PACT) for older adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and their care partners that transcends both inpatient and outpatient settings. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Data was collected using semi-structured interviews with clinicians who were directly involved in PACT. The domains of the Theoretical Framework of Acceptability were used to guide the qualitative analysis. RESULTS: The clinicians consisted of occupational therapists (37%), physical therapists (25%), registered nurses (25%), and a clinical rehabilitation manager (13%). Five themes were identified in the thematic analysis: (1) Emotions and affect towards the intervention, (2) Intervention coherence and self-efficacy, (3) Barriers, burden, and opportunity costs of delivering the intervention, (4) Usefulness and effectiveness of the intervention, and (5) Recommendations to improve intervention delivery. DISCUSSION: All clinicians found the PACT intervention highly acceptable and expressed the positive impact of the intervention on job fulfillment and satisfaction. Our findings provide evidence to inform the delivery and implementation of future large scale integrative palliative care intervention trials.

BACKGROUND: Occupational stress is becoming a common phenomenon around the world. Being in a high occupational stress state for a long time may destroy the metabolic balance of the body, thereby increasing the risk of metabolic diseases. There is limited evidence regarding the correlation between occupational stress and metabolic syndrome (MetS), particularly in the petrochemical workers. METHODS: A total of 1683 workers of a petrochemical enterprise in China were included in the survey by cluster sampling method. The occupational stress assessment was carried out by the Job Content Questionnaire and the Effort-Reward Imbalance Questionnaire, and the general demographic characteristics, work characteristics, occupational hazards, lifestyle and health examination data of the participants were collected. Logistic regression and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the correlations and influencing factors between occupational stress and its dimensions with MetS and its components. RESULTS: A total of 1683 questionnaires were sent out, and 1608 were effectively collected, with an effective recovery rate of 95.54%. The detection rates of occupational stress in Job Demand-Control (JDC) and Effort-Reward Imbalance (ERI) models were 28.4% and 27.2%, respectively. In this study, 257 participants (16.0%) were diagnosed with MetS. Compared with the non-MetS group, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), triglycerides (TG) and fasting blood-glucose (FBG) levels were significantly higher in the MetS group, and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) levels were significantly lower (P < 0.001). The results of multiple linear regression showed that after adjusting for nation, marital status, education, work system, smoking and drinking, and further adjusting for occupational hazards, the D/C ratio was significantly negatively correlated with SBP in the JDC model. Social support was negatively correlated with WC. In the ERI model, there was a significant positive correlation between over-commitment and FBG. CONCLUSIONS: The detection rates of occupational stress and MetS were high in workers of a petrochemical enterprise. In the JDC model, occupational stress was negatively correlated with SBP, and social support was negatively correlated with WC. In the ERI model, there was a significantly positive correlation between over-commitment and FBG.

PLAIN LANGUAGE SUMMARY: Cancer patient navigators work in diverse settings ranging from community-based programs to comprehensive cancer centers to improve outcomes in underserved populations by eliminating barriers to timely cancer prevention, early detection, diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship in a culturally appropriate and competent manner. This article clarifies the roles and responsibilities of Entry, Intermediate, and Advanced level cancer patient navigators. The competencies described in this article apply to patient navigators, nurse navigators, and social work navigators. This article provides a resource for administrators to create job descriptions for navigators with specific levels of expertise and for patient navigators to advance their oncology careers and attain a higher level of expertise.

Tannins represent secondary plant metabolites that are used to control bacterial populations by chelation of essential metal ions. Their presence in food also affects the bioavailability of iron. This study investigates the influence of ellagitannins (vescalin, castalin, vescalagin, castalagin) structure and pH on the stoichiometry and formation constants of ellagitannin-Fe(II) coordination compounds. We demonstrated that ellagitannins are stable for at least one hour at pH values lower than 7.25. The spectra of neutral compounds were measured and explained with the help of TDDFT calculations. Furthermore, the pH-dependence of the ellagitannins UV-Vis spectra was examined to obtain insight into their protolytic equilibrium. Using Job's method in the pH range 3.50-5.51, the stoichiometry of the formed ellagitannin-Fe(II) ions complexes was determined. A model explaining interactions between ellagitannins and Fe(II) ions, that took into account the protolytic equilibrium of ellagitannins, was fitted globally to all four Job plots, whereby the corresponding formation constants were obtained.

OBJECTIVES: Industry- and occupation-based carcinogen exposure matrices play a pivotal role in preventing occupational cancer. While the Korean CARcinogen EXposure (K-CAREX) has been developed in recent years to assess exposure prevalence and intensity by industry, the feasibility of constructing an occupation-based exposure matrix remains unexplored. Hence, the objective of this study is to explore the potential of combining the nationwide work environment measurement database (WEMD) and the special health examination database (SHED) to develop a comprehensive occupation-based exposure matrix. METHODS: The WEMD provides information on airborne lead measurements, including industry codes, but it does not include data related to occupations. In contrast, the SHED contains information on both occupation and blood lead levels. By integrating these 2 databases, we attempted to assess airborne lead exposure levels by occupation. Additionally, we performed a rank correlation analysis to compare the airborne exposure levels with corresponding blood lead levels according to occupation. RESULTS: A total of 35 425 workers who both wore air samplers for lead and underwent special health examinations for lead were extracted between 2019 and 2021. An occupation-based exposure matrix was developed to evaluate the intensity of lead exposure across a range of occupations, encompassing 51 minor occupations and 70-unit occupations. Rank correlation analyses showed strong positive correlations between airborne lead and blood lead measurements according to occupation. CONCLUSIONS: Our study findings suggest that combining 2 nationwide surveillance databases can be an effective approach for creating an occupation-based exposure matrix. However, our results also highlight several limitations that need to be addressed in future studies to improve the accuracy and reliability of such matrices.

Introduction and importance: Hyper-IgE syndrome (HIES), also known as Job syndrome, is a rare primary immunodeficiency disorder characterized by elevated serum IgE levels, recurrent infections, and various clinical features. Early diagnosis, prompt management of infections, and supportive care are essential in improving outcomes for individuals with HIES. Genetic testing, including STAT3 gene sequencing, plays a crucial role in confirming the diagnosis. Further research is needed to enhance our understanding of HIES and develop targeted therapies to improve the quality of life for affected individuals. Case presentation: This case report presents the clinical features and management of a 37-year-old male with HIES, diagnosed at the age of 2 due to recurrent cold abscesses caused by Staphylococcal infections. Clinical discussion: The patient exhibited typical symptoms of HIES, including recurrent eczema, frequent bacterial infections, mucocutaneous candidiasis, and various physical abnormalities. Diagnostic markers such as elevated IgE levels and eosinophilia supported the HIES diagnosis, which was further confirmed by the identification of a STAT3 gene mutation. Treatment primarily involved supportive measures and antibiotics for infections. The patient's blood test results and imaging findings revealed abnormalities such as low red blood cell count, elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate, and pulmonary nodules. Conclusion: This case report highlights the importance of early diagnosis, prompt management of infections, and the need for ongoing research to improve our understanding and treatment of HIES.

OBJECTIVES: The 2022 Oncology Nursing Society Oncology Navigation Standards of Professional Practice offer a framework for role delineation in oncology navigation. The goal of completing a job task analysis using the standards with four independent navigation teams was to identify a core map of work which would align skills, experience and knowledge with clinical nurse navigators, social work navigators, and patient navigators. Role delineation reduces suboptimal use of resources and inconsistent navigation services. METHODS: An independent job task analysis was conducted with each of the four oncology navigation teams. Patient navigators and clinical nurse navigators were asked to report on each requested task over a 2-week period. The team discussed and determined alignment or misalignment with the standards. This discussion included the request and skill level of each navigator. RESULTS: Sixty percent of the tasks identified in the job task analysis were in alignment with the standards for role and level of care. Thirty percent of the tasks aligned for role, but not for level of care, with nurse navigators performing a high number of non-nursing/clerical tasks. Ten percent were outside the scope of navigation. CONCLUSIONS: Four enterprise opportunities were identified: (1) formalize standards for Tumor Board management, (2) create a core model for essential metrics, (3) establish standardized process for medical record retrieval for new oncology patients, and (4) explore alternative staffing models. IMPLICATIONS FOR NURSING PRACTICE: Using a job task analysis allows time for meaningful exploration of roles and scope of work completed by the team. High work volume for navigation teams often leads to a "this is the way we've always done it" mentality. A job task analysis provides a structured approach with dedicated time and a safe space for navigators to "think critically" about their daily work, identify opportunities for change, and progress using this framework.

The history of nonsurgical rhinoplasty with hyaluronic acid fillers dates back to the early 2000s when medical advancements in cosmetic dermatology began exploring less-invasive alternatives to traditional surgical procedures. Hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in the body known for its hydrating and volumizing properties, was being used successfully in other facial augmentation treatments. Around the mid-2000s, the use of hyaluronic acid fillers for nonsurgical rhinoplasty gained momentum. By injecting hyaluronic acid fillers into precise areas of the nose, cosmetic practitioners could effectively smooth out irregularities, correct minor asymmetry, augment the nasal bridge and even enhances nasal tip projection and definition.

BACKGROUND: Worldwide, lung cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in women. The present study explored associations between occupational exposures that are prevalent among women, and lung cancer. METHODS: Data from 10 case-control studies of lung cancer from Europe, Canada, and New Zealand conducted between 1988 and 2008 were combined. Lifetime occupational history and information on nonoccupational factors including smoking were available for 3040 incident lung cancer cases and 4187 controls. We linked each reported job to the Canadian Job-Exposure Matrix (CANJEM), which provided estimates of probability, intensity, and frequency of exposure to each selected agent in each job. For this analysis, we selected 15 agents (cleaning agents, biocides, cotton dust, synthetic fibers, formaldehyde, cooking fumes, organic solvents, cellulose, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons from petroleum, ammonia, metallic dust, alkanes C18+, iron compounds, isopropanol, and calcium carbonate) that had lifetime exposure prevalence of at least 5% in the combined study population. For each agent, we estimated lung cancer risk in each study center for ever-exposure, by duration of exposure, and by cumulative exposure, using separate logistic regression models adjusted for smoking and other covariates. We then estimated the meta-odds ratios using random-effects meta-analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: None of the agents assessed showed consistent and compelling associations with lung cancer among women. The following agents showed elevated odds ratio in some analyses: metallic dust, iron compounds, isopropanol, and organic solvents. Future research into occupational lung cancer risk factors among women should prioritize these agents.

The rapid introduction of technological developments into healthcare systems adds another layer of complexity to the already demanding jobs of nurses, particularly for those working in perioperative care. In the present study, our primary aim is job satisfaction, whereas the secondary outcomes are psychological well-being and quality of life (QoL) ratings of perioperative nurses who take part in robotic-assisted and pure laparoscopic surgery. A total of 101 perioperative nurses in six different centers were included in the study. Fifty-one of the nurses were working in robotic-assisted laparoscopic surgery and 50 of them were working in pure laparoscopic surgery. All participants responded to Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (MJSQ), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) and SF-36 QoL Measurement Survey. The two groups did not differ in their total MJSQ, BDI and SF-36 QoL scores (pMJSQ:0.066, pBDI:0.329, pSF-36-QoL:0.136). In addition, there were no differences between the two groups in their intrinsic job satisfaction and extrinsic job satisfaction sub-scores (pintrinsic: 0.473, pextrinsic:0.121). Overall, 18.9% of the nurses reported having moderate to extreme depressive symptoms and most of them (87.1%) had low to moderate levels of job satisfaction. Finally, QoL ratings was generally at moderate levels. Perioperative nurses who work in robotic-assisted laparoscopic surgery do not differ from those working in pure laparoscopic surgery in terms of their job satisfaction, psychological well-being, and QoL ratings. In addition, across groups' psychological well-being, job satisfaction, and QoL ratings were not particularly high, suggesting that more attention needs to be paid to improving the work conditions of perioperative nurses.

BACKGROUND: A growing number of studies suggest that job loss has detrimental effects on cancer survivors. However, the underlying mechanisms are not well understood. Furthermore, minorities including Asian American cancer survivors remain understudied, yet they suffer from job loss more often. The present study examined the prevalence of job loss in Chinese American breast cancer survivors (CABCS) and investigated the relationship between job loss and well-being in this group and the underlying mechanisms. METHOD: CABCS completed a questionnaire that included demographic, employment, and clinical information, as well as measures of psychosocial well-being. Descriptive analyses were conducted to gauge the prevalence of job loss, linear regressions were used to test associations between job loss and well-being, and path analyses were conducted to test mediations. RESULTS: About 45.4% of survivors lost their job after being diagnosed with cancer, and only 35.2% of those who lost their job regained employment up to the assessment time. Job loss was associated with reduced income, which was associated with higher perceived stress, which, in turn, was associated with lower overall quality of life (QoL) and greater depressive symptoms. CONCLUSIONS: Findings highlight the high prevalence of job loss and its negative effects on QoL and depression among CABCS. It is important for health care professionals to be sensitive to adverse financial events affecting minority BCS. In addition to offering BCS necessary practical assistance, psychosocial interventions focusing on reducing perceived stress associated with the cancer experience may be effective in mitigating some long-term consequences of job loss.

PURPOSE: We examined the usefulness of positive social networking service (SNS) messages to improve motivation and performance during off-the-job training. METHODS: Subjects were sixth-year medical students who completed a 4-week clinical clerkship in our department involving two separate tasks. Time taken to perform the tasks was recorded on Days 1, 14, and 28. All trainees voluntarily practiced the task until Day 14. The trainees were classified into two groups according to the results of their time measurements on Day 14. The slow time group was intervened with SNS messages (SNS group) and the fast time group was not intervened (non SNS group, nSNS). The SNS group received messages from the moderator daily or every other day. The time to complete the skills practiced in the first (Days 1-14) and second half (Days 15-28) were recorded for each group. RESULTS: On Day 14, the time for both tasks of the nSNS group was significantly faster than the SNS group. However, there was no significant time difference on Day 28. During Days 15-28, the SNS group had significantly more practice days than the nSNS group (5.3 vs. 3.8 days, p = .023). On questionnaire, all SNS group participants indicated that the messages increased their motivation to practice. CONCLUSIONS: SNS messages using smartphones might have increased motivation for task training and improved the performance of tasks in off-the-job training for novice trainees.

Using a rich individual level dataset from six countries, we examine the relationship between job loss and mental disorders during the first phase of the COVID-19 pandemic. We consider four indicators of mental disorders based on their severity, viz. anxiety, insomnia, boredom, and loneliness. We draw our conclusions based on two groups of countries that differ by the timing of their peak infections count. Using a logit and a two-stage least squares (TSLS) regression methods, we find that the people who lost their jobs due to the pandemic are more likely to suffer from mental disorders, especially insomnia and loneliness. Additionally, people with financial liabilities, such as housing mortgages, are among those vulnerable to anxiety. Women, urban residents, youth, low-income groups, and tobacco users are more prone to mental disorders. The findings from this research have significant policy implications on infectious disease control measures and mental health conditions due to lockdowns and social distancing.

The Hyper IgE Syndromes are rare primary immunodeficiencies characterized by eczema, recurrent skin and respiratory infections and elevated serum IgE levels. Nowadays a geneticmolecular characterization is possible and allows the distinction in various monogenic pathologies, which share some clinical characteristics but also important differences. In addition to long-known STAT3 and DOCK8 gene mutations, in fact, also ZNF341, CARD11, ERBB2IP, IL6R and IL6ST genes mutations can cause the disease. The main clinical manifestations are represented by newborn rash, eczema similar to atopic dermatitis, bacterial and viral skin infections, cold abscesses, respiratory infections with possible pulmonary complications, allergies, gastrointestinal manifestations, malignancies and connective tissue abnormalities. Diagnosis is still a challenge because, especially in the early stages of life, it is difficult to distinguish from other pathologies characterized by eczema and high IgE, such as atopic dermatitis. Several scores and diagnostic pathways have been developed, but it is essential to seek a genetic diagnosis. Treatment is based on prevention and early treatment of infections, meticulous skincare, intravenous immunoglobulins and HSCT, which, in some HIES subtypes, can modify the prognosis. Prognosis is related to the affected gene, but also to early diagnosis, timely treatment of infections and early HSCT.

PURPOSE: Surgical procedures are often evaluated subjectively, and an objective evaluation has been considered difficult to make and rarely reported, especially in open surgery, where the range of motion is wide. This study evaluated the effectiveness of surgical suturing training as an educational tool using the Leap Motion Controller (LMC), which can capture hand movements and reproduce them as data comprising parametric elements. METHODS: We developed an off-the-job training system (Off-JT) in our department, mainly using prosthetic grafts and various anastomotic methodologies with graded difficulty levels. We recruited 50 medical students (novice group) and 6 vascular surgeons (expert group) for the study. We evaluated four parameters for intraoperative skills: suturing time, slope of the roll, smoothness, and rate of excess motion. RESULTS: All 4 parameters distinguished the skill of the novice group at 1 and 10 h off-JT. After 10 h of off-JT, all 4 parameters of the novices were comparable to those of the expert group. CONCLUSION: Our education system using the LMC is relatively inexpensive and easy to set up, with a free application for analyses, serving as an effective and ubiquitous educational tool for young surgeons.

OBJECTIVES: The aim of this study was to create a quantitative job-exposure matrix (JEM) for noise including a large set of measurements for the Swedish workforce, a detailed exposure-level assessment, spanning over an extensive time period from 1970 to 2014. METHODS: The JEM was developed by 2 teams, each with an experienced occupational hygienist and an occupational safety engineer. Each pair assessed the exposure using measurements performed and reported by occupational hygienists, occupational safety engineers, or similar, from 1970 to 2014. The measurements included either the original LAeq(8h) measurements or an LAeq(8h) levels calculated from partial measurements of the working day, provided that the measurement targeted a regular task usually performed during a full workday. The collection of measurement reports was done in 2008 and 2012 by contacting clinics working in the area of occupational health or occupational safety engineers and their submitted reports were added to our own material. Noise exposure assessments were inserted at the appropriate time period for the relevant job family. The final matrix was developed in a consensus procedure and the validity was investigated by comparison of the 2 team's individual results. RESULTS: The noise JEM contains 321 job families with information regarding occupational noise from 1970 to 2014. The time-period label has a 5-yr scale starting in 1970. The estimated average 8 h (TWA) noise level in decibels [dB(A)] for every job family and 5-yr period was coded as 1: <70 dB(A), 2: 70 to 74 dB(A), 3: 75 to 79 dB(A), 4: 80 to 84 dB(A) or 5: 85(+) dB(A). The validation showed no systematic difference in relative position and very high agreement in the ordering of paired ordinal classifications. The JEM has also successfully been applied in several epidemiological studies. CONCLUSIONS: We present a JEM for occupational noise using Swedish data from 1970 to 2014 with a higher degree of sensitivity in assessed noise exposure compared with the previously existing version. Repeated application of the JEM, in epidemiological studies, has shown consistent results and contributed to yielding important findings.

PURPOSE: To examine the association of exposure to Occupational Physical Activity (OPA) with all-cause mortality and incidence of cardiovascular diseases (CVD). METHODS: The study population was composed of three Italian cohorts: a national cohort of employees participating in the National Health Survey 2005, followed-up until 2014 (ILS 2005), and two urban cohorts of employees resident in Turin at 2001 and 2011 censuses (TLS 2001 and TLS 2011, respectively), both followed-up until 2018. Follow-up was conducted through individual record-linkage with death registries and hospital admissions archives. Exposure to OPA was assigned through an Italian job-exposure matrix (JEM). Relative Risks of both CVD incidence and overall mortality associated with OPA quartiles (IRR) were estimated using Poisson regression models adjusted for socio-demographics and health, and in the national cohort, also for leisure time physical activity, BMI, smoking, diabetes, and hypertension. RESULTS: Compared to the lowest quartile, the highest OPA quartile was associated in both genders with significantly increased mortality in TLS 2001 (IRR = 1.11 among men, IRR = 1.20 among women) and in TLS 2011 (IRR = 1.27 among men and IRR = 1.73 among women), whereas in the ILS 2005 cohort no association was found. Among women, high OPA was also associated with CVD risk in TLS 2001 and 2011 (IRR = 1.39 and IRR = 1.16 for the highest quartile, respectively), while in the ILS cohort in both genders only the third quartile showed a significantly higher risk. CONCLUSION: Our results indicate that OPA does not have a beneficial effect on CVD and mortality, but rather suggest that it may produce deleterious health effects.

Objective: to investigate the relationship between team climate and job satisfaction among professionals working in mobile pre-hospital care. Method: this is a quantitative, correlational study carried out in a mobile pre-hospital care service in the São Paulo Metropolitan Region. The participants were 95 professionals, allocated to 40 teams, who answered three questionnaires: sociodemographic/labor data, Team Climate Scale and S20/23 Job Satisfaction Scale. Descriptive statistics and multilevel linear models were used for the analysis, including moderation effects. The Backward method was used to ascertain the order of significance. Results: in the models, the relationships between satisfaction with hierarchical relationships and the factor "support for new ideas" moderated for men and "task orientation" for women were significant. For satisfaction with the physical environment, "working hours" and "participation in the team" were significant and, for intrinsic satisfaction, the regime, working hours and the factors "team objectives", "participation in the team" and "support for new ideas" remained significant, as did the moderation effect between length of service, "participation in the team" and "support for new ideas". Conclusion: team climate is influenced by job satisfaction in a heterogeneous way and the moderating effect of this relationship is associated with gender and length of service.


Objetivo: examinar la relación entre el clima en equipo y la satisfacción laboral de los profesionales que trabajan en servicios de atención prehospitalaria móvil. Método: estudio cuantitativo y correlacional realizado en un servicio de atención prehospitalaria móvil en la Región Metropolitana de São Paulo. Participaron 95 profesionales, distribuidos en 40 equipos, que respondieron a tres cuestionarios: datos sociodemográficos/laborales, Escalas de Clima en Equipo y de Satisfacción Laboral S20/23. Para el análisis, se utilizaron estadísticas descriptivas y modelos lineales multiniveles, incluyendo efectos de moderación. Se empleó el método Backward para determinar el orden de significancia. Resultados: en los modelos, fueron significativas las relaciones entre la satisfacción con las relaciones jerárquicas y el factor "apoyo para nuevas ideas" moderado por el género masculino y "orientación hacia las tareas" en mujeres. Para la satisfacción con el ambiente físico, fueron significativos "jornada laboral" y "participación en el equipo", y para la satisfacción intrínseca, se mantuvieron significativos el régimen, la jornada y los factores "objetivos del equipo", "participación en el equipo" y "apoyo para ideas nuevas", y el efecto de moderación entre el tiempo de actuación, "participación en el equipo" y "apoyo para ideas nuevas". Conclusión: el clima en equipo es influenciado por la satisfacción laboral de manera heterogénea y el efecto moderador de esta relación se asocia con el género y el tiempo de actuación en el servicio.

Para satisfação com ambiente físico, foram significantes "jornada de trabalho" e "participação na equipe" e, para satisfação intrínseca, permaneceram significantes o regime, a jornada e os fatores "objetivos da equipe", "participação na equipe" e "apoio para ideias novas", e efeito de moderação entre tempo de atuação, "participação na equipe" e "apoio para ideias novas". Conclusão: clima em equipe é influenciado pela satisfação no trabalho de modo heterogêneo e o efeito moderador dessa relação associa-se ao gênero e ao tempo de atuação no serviço.
